Ralf Schulze Steinen was born in Heidelberg in 1976 and studied law at Heidelberg University. His focus already lay on rental law during his studies and legal traineeship at the Regional Court (LG) Mannheim. In 2006 he completed training in mediation and was admitted to practise as a lawyer, immediately specializing in rental law and the law governing residential property ownership.

Ralf Schulze Steinen advises and represents client in all matters of residential and commercial rental law, and of residential property ownership law and the law relating to real estate agents. He is your expert for all questions in the field of real estate law. Ralf Schulze Steinen has been a successful advisor and litigator in the real estate industry for many years. He is the author of numerous publications on rental and real estate law, and a member of the working group on rental and real estate law within the German Bar Association (DAV).
